It is a Heller-Humbrol kite # 80899 featuring the “Le Soleil Royal”. She was launched in 1669 and she was the flagship of Admiral Tourville. She was part of the French Navy for many years. This is one of the older vintage Heller models, not a new remake. This model did not come with sails, but I have a set of formed sails that might be made to work, or cloth sails would as well, but this model was made to be displayed with the ropes, but no sails.
