This kit is new and in mint condition, I only just opened the box to verify the contents. It comes complete with instruction booklet, it’s parts, and all the fittings. More info on this kit can be found on the Blue Jacket Inc web site, including options such as the paint kit, baseboards and pedestals. I originally received this as a gift some time back, it sat in the back of a closet until we moved recently. Somehow it got some water on the outside of the box (see pictures), but I verified the interior is completely dry and nothing got through, again see pictures. I doubt I will get around to building this, so I prefer to pass it along to someone who enjoys building these wooden kits. The finished product certainly looks magnificent on the manufacturers site!
