I have not attempted to dust boat it was in a display case for many years so it does have dust on it. Here is what I know about this boat. This is part of a collection I’m trying to help sell for an older gentleman who’s brother was a master model maker. Each boat that he created took approximately 8 month 25 hours a wk to create. He would find a boat that he loved he would research and scale down the actual size himself. He than would create each piece of the boat himself and assemble. These boats are wonderful piece of art works. Please ask any questions if I can get the answers I will try to really the info.
