Appears to be complete with all parts in sealed bags. This kit includes over 230 detailed pieces. Includes the instruction booklet. As you can see from the box. This kit contains everything you need to build a complete model. The box is pretty nice with some paper tape applied at one time to reinforce or repair. A nice kit to add to you collection.
