Stunning Billings Boats Smit Rotterdam tug boat, came from a recent estate sale so we dont know the history. Fitted with twin 400 electric motors on shafts, no other radio gear so I dont think this was ever finished or launched. The forward mast is missing, the starboard crane and starboard rear bollard are loose, they can be seen in the pictures. Some bits of detail may be missing, this is a fantastic opportunity to finish the model. She measures 38 inches long with a beam of 10 inches, the hull is full of lead ingots for ballast. The lead will be removed and packed away from the model as leaving it place will lead to internal damge. Please see the images as they form part of of the description……….
