Skeeter SX230 Center console fishing boat display model 28pc kit. 1-24 scale approx 340mm long assembled including engine. (slightly above 13) Yamaha 250 Outboard. This Model boat is available with or without the trailer. Also some extra fishing equipment. Hull is 2 Pieces. The rear seats can be set in an up or down configuration. 7mm cutout for adding a windshield. You will receive a stencil and some semi rigid clear plastic in package. This Model is printed in high quality ABS-like resin. This highly detailed resin model may have slight imperfections from the printing process. Resin printing requires supports to hold the model in place while printing. These supports leave scars on the face of the model that can be scraped or sanded off easily. (Resin sands very well) I do my absolute best to limit these supports to the bottom of the model but that is not always possible. While inspecting the prints I remove the supports and do a fair amount of cleanup but I leave the bulk of the body work to you, the experts. Listed photos are of actual prints and stand as an example of what you can expect. This Kit requires mating the hull together. The Hull connection is Keyed for the best fit possible but the supports required for printing make these surfaces less than flat in some cases. It will require some sculping and floating to achieve a hidden seam. Boat without trailer kit is 28 pieces in total. 2 piece hull, Console, Screen, x2 rod holder sets, x2 console seats cushions, Leaning post, x2 leaning post cushions, x6 piece rear seats, x6 speakers, Outboard engine, Jack Plate, Engine rigging hose, and Stand. I also send a windshield stencil and some clear plastic to cut out. Does Not include Fish Catcher kit. Boat with trailer kit is 37 pieces in total. All Standard boat parts including the stand as well as all trailer parts. Does not include fish catcher kit. Fish Catcher addon kit. For those of you that want to make your Boat model a fishing weapon. 6 Pieces in total. Shallow water anchors x2 and spikes x2. Trolling motor and base, This fits Skeeter Model only. Trolling motor is not keyed or pinned to any location on boat. Does not include a boat or trailer. TRAILER HAS BEEN REVISED to include vertical supports under the cross beams to. Prevent the weight of the boat from causing the trailer to sag. Trailer is 9 pieces in total. Designed to fit Skeeter boat model. Front and rear sections, X4 wheel/tire, 2 couplers, and the tongue jack. The trailer is not intended to be a rolling toy. It is a stationary model. This is a very high end resin print and I treat them as such. Models with this level of detail require even more supports and processing than normal due to the high level of intricacy. The large parts are hollowed and will have vent holes for resin drainage and internal curing. Due to required print orientation the hull pieces will not have a perfectly flat mating surface. This is not perfect recreation. I create models from photos, vector images, and basic dimensions when available. Many things are as I see them in photos and even more things are altered to allow for 3D printing. Some small details are exaggerated and some can not be recreated in this scale. This model is printed in pieces due to its size. Boat and trailer will arrive in sections. All components are pinned/slotted for a precise fit to hull. Vehicle Models are supplied unpainted and It will be printed to order, allow 7 days for production. Model does not require paint and will hold up fine unfinished in a climate controlled dry area. Direct exposure to UV will discolor model and exposure to excessive heat will deform model. Any paint suited for plastic will work well with ABS-Like resin using standard painting process.
