Still workssplits and sinks with the modeled gash set to open and then filling with water to a certain extent. Only used a few times since having it. I dont see any major wear other than the one missing propellerI suppose a similar-sized replacement model propeller could be found online or in a hobby shop, or even made out of plastic or wood to fit. The model does have a flat bottom so that it displays just fine upright on a flat surface even without the cradle that apparently came in the original packaging.
